Good for you!: Keeping fit is so important now, but easy to overdo it esp if not a habitual exerciser. Try heat, mild stretching, rolling after exercise. Stretch piriformis. Muscle relaxants might help, but would need formal consult for most of them. Robaxin maybe in US? Good luck.
