Stretching and yoga: Many stretches can help this. Targeting the hip flexors, abductors and adductors are important. Addressing tight hamstrings is another area. Overall improvement in core strength (yoga helpful) can also improve this condition. A prescription to see a physical therapist is quite helpful along with over the counter anti inflammatories.
