Hip pain: Your hip pain could be from a variety of reasons . Depending on the cause of your pain will help determine the type of exercises to do to get relief. Generally speaking weight loss would be of benefit but oftentimes weight bearing may make it worse non weight bearing exercises such as swimming or stationary bike could be beneficial.I would see your pcp, : sports medicine doc or orthopedic physician.
