Strengthen/stretch: There are no exercises that will change your bony anatomy. That being said, you can maximize your functional potential with gentle stretching and balanced strengthening. Strengthening of the deep core muscles and glutes and hip flexor/adductor stretching is useful. A physical therapist or personal trainer can help customize a program for you.
