1st hv 0 pain then..: Assuming you were able to jog before the hip fracture, to start jogging 1st your orthopedic surgeon needs to allow you full wright bearing (timing depends on fracture type and bone quality and can be typically between 0-12w) . Next you would want to work with a physical therapist to have nearly equal and normal muscle strength in both legs, and good stability (being able to hop on operated leg)
