Depends....: This really depends on the person and the surgery. What kind of surgery did the person have? What were the restrictions given by the surgeon after surgery? What was his function before surgery?what is is weight? Dis hue/she have associated injuries? what kind of support does he have (family)? what is his/hers occupation? Did the injury happen at work? what physical therapy is he/she getting? etc.
