Isat on my hand long story it fell asleep i cut off blood flow for 3 minutes or so will the blood come back my hand is throbbing a bit not purple tho?

Sat on hand/pain: Yes it will, you can not stop the circulation completely by sitting on your hand.Of corse it may hurt for a short period, but it will all heal quickly.
