Dog bites can introduce bacterial infections into the skin. It is good that you are using an antibacterial spray, but you should see your Dr for oral antibiotics which is the typical treatment for a dog bite. Keep the would covered and clean, and watch for redness spreading outward from the wound. The blood blister will clear on its own. Do not pop it.
