See below: What meds do you take? Do you have any difficulty speaking, swallowing? Blurred vision? Weakness in arm/leg? Go to er for evaluation. Age & all right-sided symptoms suggest against tia/stroke. Any history of recent head trauma? Have family member bring list of meds, supplements. Do not try to drive yourself!

When did it start?: Pain with numbness and tingling on one side of the body must be addressed quickly by a doctor. These symptoms could be coming from nerve impingement, infection, nerve damage or a stroke.

Call 911: These are the most common signs and symptoms of stroke. A less severe stroke may be more difficult to recognize. Do not wait cal 911. "Time lost is brain lost."
