Migraine vs Other: Despite your young age, if you have not had similar symptoms before and are still having these symptoms, this warrants prompt in-person physician evaluation to rule-out migraine versus other more serious causes of your symptoms (stroke). I see this question posted over 12hrs ago. If your symptoms have resolved I would still let your doctor know so you can have a plan in place should this recur.
