Hi, My HSG shows there is a filling defect within the uterus. Both fallopian tubes are demonstrated with mild fimbrae hydrosalpinx. Mild spillages seen bilaterally. Impression: Bilateral patent tubes, mild fimbrae hydrosalpinx. What does this mean?
