HSG/MRI: The results are incompatible with one another: they don't make sense. Before any further testing, I would have your doctor, or the radiologist, look at both the HSG and and the MRI, directly comparing them to one another, and figure out what is going on. Unicornuate uterus is a congenital anomaly that doesn't come and go.
