Very high: The success rates from freeing up externally adherent Fallopian tubes is very high as long as the adhesions don't re-form after the second surgery. Many surgeons use an adhesive barrier to prevent that from occurring at the time of the surgery. The good news is that it only takes one open Fallopian tube to get pregnant again.
