MVP: If under care of a cardiologist and asymptomatic, prognosis is good.

Generally good: May have some nuisances and some surgery along the way! sick sinus and slow heart may lead to pacemaker. Progressive leaking of valve may require repair or replacement. Both or either can be followed with a good functional life! pay attention to other risk factors and good followup!
