Conjecture: Mitral valve prolapse w. Autonomic nervous system driven functions, e.g., shortness breath ; tachycardia. Young girls more commonly afflicted. Imo, these floppy valve persons often have joint hypermobility syndrome w. Inherited connective tissue laxity. Contiguous loose joints (pelvic sij ; sternoclavicular) impinge presacral ; stellate ganglia causing autonomic dysregulation; fibromyalgia also.
