No. There are many.: You can have many allergies by simply being allergic to only one thing. For exemple, the ragweed pollen can be related to as many as 30 different foods. An allergy to something as simple as peanuts or nujts can mean allrgies to many fruits and other foods. This happens because they may have a similar chemical or protein that can trigger an allergic reaction. The same thing can apply to plants.
