There are thousands of molds, in your environment. Only a few have any related toxic exposure, unless you are selectively allergic to one or more. There are no data I know of that looks at this issue and doubt there will be any. You can look up individual cleaning products for toxic side effects but I don't see how a simple blood or urine test would show anything. Get an exam & discuss it .

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Mold spores are in the air everywhere. Unless you have allergy to the mold, cleaning moldy areas would not cause harm. There are no specific blood or urine tests to detect mold induced illness. Try to avoid exposure to toxic chemicals in cleansers.

You will want to list your health concerns and document timing relative to the exposure. Then discuss with your primary care doctor whether your health concerns are likely or unlikely related to mold. Please let your PCP know that you are anxious about mold.
