No, Rheumatologist: The lab results and symptoms suggest an auto-immune disorder. Please consult with your physician for referral to a rheumatologist. It is not an emergency but needs to be evaluated asap.

Not 911, but a rheum: Your profile suggests a sjogren's/lupus\ overlap. This is significant. Positive rfs are seen in both of these. Clearly a low platelet count is of concern. See your pcp if you cannot be seen quickly by a rheumatologist.

I dont have RA but all my joints hurt. knee, shoulder, thumb and back. Mri of back showed degenerative changes but what about other joints. They all flair up at the same time it seems. Bloodwork and Ana's ok?
