How soon can your resume walking after sclerotherapy?

Immediately : Normal paced walking should be fine immediately after sclerotherapy. I usually recommend waiting 48 hours before engaging in aerobic exercise or running

Right away: As dr. Cuff said, you can start walking immediately. In fact, many doctors will have you walk before you even get in your car to go home after a treatment session. Walking definitely makes you legs feel better as you heal . For more vigorous exercise, i recommend letting your body be your guide. If you can do something comfortably, it is ok to do it.

Right away: After sclerotherapy, you are generally asked to do a lot of walking immediately after a treatment session and following. So, there's no need to change your walking schedule after sclerotherapy treatment....Walking is great for you!
