Is medium myopia worse than high myopia ?

Not logical: The higher the myopia, the greater the need for glasses and the greater the need for more power. So high myopia is "worse". However most myopia, even high myopia, can be corrected with contacts or glasses. Check with you ophthalmologist for the best options.
