I have eye floaters and high myopia. due to some emotional issues in family i get stress and anxiety often. and i have heard that it make eye floaters worse or any other eye related problems. is that true?

Stress will not worsen floaters however as a high myope you should have a dilated retinal exam to determine if the floaters are harmful or not. Yearly dilated exams should be done.
