A member asked:

I have a fairly high degree of myopia with a touch of astigmatism. i was fitted for a pair of contacts over 6 years ago that were fantastic. recent pairs havent been as good. is there anyway to determine what the old script is from the contacts?

Contact your DR: Optometrists and Opthalmologists are required to keep records for 10 years or more on each patient. Call the doctor that prescribed those glasses and ask for a copy of that prescription for your records. When you take it to your current optometrist/opthalmologist, explain the situation and show them the prescription.
