Some choices: Do not overdrink liquids this can elevate eye pressure in extremes. Doing upside down exercizes can increase eye pressure just by adding the hydrostatic pressure of the blood column. One should treat sleep apnea if that is a problem. If blood pressure is high lowering should be done carefully in glaucoma prone patients as rapid lowering can cause damage to the nerve.
