I have pigment dispersion syn. both eyes over 15 -20 years. testing annually. no changes. pressure is always good. no problems-side vision, etc. is pds common? does pds always to go glaucoma? thank you.

Annual testing is OK: Pigment dispersion occasionally causes glaucoma but most are a curiosity which is interesting but unlikely to cause problems. Your annual testing is fine; I am guessing all has been normal during these 20 years. PDS is infrequent and mostly does not cause glaucoma.
