Annual testing is OK: Pigment dispersion occasionally causes glaucoma but most are a curiosity which is interesting but unlikely to cause problems. Your annual testing is fine; I am guessing all has been normal during these 20 years. PDS is infrequent and mostly does not cause glaucoma.
