It : It is not typical for glaucoma to cause the pressure feeling you describe. You may need new eyeglasses for your computer work and reading.

Typically no: Unless it was angle closure glaucoma, there is no symptoms in early glaucoma. Most likely you have dry eyes causing pressure and pain. See your eye doctor for an exam.
