No: Adrenal fatigue is not a common term among physicians. I suspect you are asking about adrenal insufficiency. In otherwise normal patients, carboyhydrate intake is not related to adrenal function, except in cases of severe starvation or life-threatening stressors.

No: No, there does not seem to be a connection between not eating carbohydrates and adrenal insufficiency. If you are feeling tired, that may be from low blood sugar from your low carbohydrate diet.
