Question not clear: Fatigue that is associated with adrenal disease is generally due to low cortisol levels in the blood. Replacing the cortisol either with hydrocortisone 3x/day or prednisone 2x/day should improve "adrenal fatigue" if given at the proper dose. If you are still fatigued you might need a bigger dose but more likely something other than your adrenals is causing your symptoms. See an endocrinologist.

Not a disease: "Adrenal fatigue" is not a true medical disorder. It is a "diagnosis" made by alternative doctors for people with nonspecific symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, dizziness, difficulty concentrating. Salivary cortisol levels are typically done, but the results have no medically validity. "Adrenal insufficiency" is a rare medical disorder that should only be diagnosed by an endocrinologist
