Exercising + Adrenal: Walking in nature or other meditative exercises help to decrease the body's stress response and call for cortisol. If a person has "adrenal fatigue", they have poor exercise recovery from extreme exertion, and that can delay healing. I always recommend avoid over-training if a person has impaired recovery from exercise or a suspicion of adrenal fatigue.
