No generral best: The issue is which one works for you individually. If Wellbutrin (bupropion) is not working consider increasing tthe dose. if that doesn't work consider adding prozac or zoloft gradually. Both can be used at same time. If your dr wants to go to one, titrate the one to stop Down while titrating the one to keep Up. Dr's supervision advised.
