A member asked:

Whats a head mri feel like?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Painless: Your head will be placed in a plastic cage-like holder called the head coil which will detect the signal used to make the image while you are inside the large magnet. While the images are being taken you will hear a knocking sound and will need to hold very still.
