No: If there was no loss of consciousness, neurologic change such as weakness on one side or any other significant finding then nothing needs to be done. If you were to have a test a ct scan should be done first before an mri. Consult your physician about what if anything needs to be done. Depending upon your symptoms and neurological evaluation.
