Most likely you have: Dizziness , fainting spells spells , TIA symptoms , mra ( MRI angiogram ) was done to see your blood supply to brain is intact , checking for blockage or narrowing of blood vessels , a safer procedure than angiogram , speak to your doctor

Blood vessel block: Angiograms of any kind can reveal whether blood flow is normal or compromised, and a question of large vessel stenosis may point the way to certain therapeutic interventions. An angiogram may also reveal trauma to a blood vessel such as a dissection, and may show presence of vasculitis or arteritis.
