Treat or switch: There are various anti-nausea remedies (and sometimes just a bland diet & eating small, frequent amounts will help), but rather than take one pill and then take another to deal with the side effects, you may be better off switching to a different med. There are many other similar meds in this class (ssri) which may give you same benefits without nausea. Talk w/ doc who rx'ed paroxetine for you.
