Likely: Likely not Paxil (paroxetine) s fault (so long after started..), but there is no way to know for sure. You take other meds that could be a factor, did you start any recently? Check up is indicated, see your dr. Good luck and careful with the Clonazepam please, it is addictive.

Paxil (paroxetine) effects: Paxil (paroxetine) may cause headache, nausea and fatigue, although less likely with 10mg/day dosage and after being on it for 5 months.

Paxil (paroxetine): Possible but not likely, unless the dose was changed recently. Consult your doctor for workup to rule out medical issues.

All meds need review: Why low dose Paxil & Mirtazapine & clonazepam? Perhaps desired goal could be achieved by Paxil alone at a higher dose & taking it all at bedtime? Another consideration since you are on a GI medication might be Doxepin which could substitute for Aciphex (rabeprazole) depending upon why you are taking aciphex (rabeprazole). You need to go over all this w/your dr. Is a psychiatrist prescribing? If so pcp& psych need to confer.
