Are there any precedents for the use of paroxetine in the treatment of phagophobia?

Hi: Not to my knowledge. First line treatment of phagophobia should be behavioral therapy. Seems like there is a study that showed possible benefit of an antipsychotic, but not paroxetine or other SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor).
