Paxil (paroxetine) & metoprolol: It's okay to take them together but since Paxcil CR's half-life is 21 hours and it is eliminated by the liver you might want to consider taking them several hours apart. I would suggestthat you take the Metaprolol in the morning and the Paxil (paroxetine) around noon. Also taking with food might help reduce the nausea.

Doubt from them: interaction of these two medications will not cause these symptoms. You more than likely have something else going on. Or exactly all your burning? How long has this been going on? Has it only been present since you've been on these medications? Do you have any other medical problems?
