Helpful: Painless. Not permanent. Can last several years. For internal hemorrhoids only.

Yes: Isolate internal hemorrhoid can be taken care of with rubber banding. Can be done without much anesthesia and little pain. However, recurrent rate can be high. If you have significant hemorrhoid problem, talk to your doctor about hemorrhoid stapling surgery.
