None: Cant be done. Ligation is only done on internal hemorrhoids which are inside the rectum, not hemorrhoids on the outside. If you try this, you will be in severe pain and end up in the er. Do not attempt!

Good luck: First of all, unless you are a contortionist, you probably can't do it. Secondly, external hemorrhoids have pain fibers, and it would cause pain if you could do it. Don't try this at home!
