No: Internal hemorrhoids do not have pain fibers like the skin does overlying the external ones. It will cause excruciating pain. It will like getting sharply pinched constantly around ur anus 24/7. Healing may also differ as it may cause spasm on internal sphincter that can add to prolong pain.
