Not necessarily: It can be hard to find reliable objective information on this, as many of the claims that vitamin tablets are poorly absorbed are unsubstantiated advertising claims by those selling alternatives. Research suggests well-made tablets are well-absorbed. Avoid gummis, as they are low-potency & have sugars.
