No (?): A cancer diagnosis is based on a tissue pathologic diagnosis. I'm not sure how a proton pump inhibitor (nexium) can effect that. I am not aware of Nexium (esomeprazole) causing interferance with blood tumor markers assays, but that is a possibility.
