Uncertain: You should have had this answer from the doctor who made the diagnosis. You need to return to them on a regular basis. There is no certainty that the pre cancer condition would progress. With treatment you might have normal tissue replace the dysplasia. There are many good resources available online about Barrett's. I hope you never progress but you need to have routine screening.
