Depends: These are symptoms of reflux disease. Difficulty swallowing or throwing up blood can be due to esophageal cancer. Some esophageal cancers have no symptoms. If the endoscopy showed certain precancerous changes in the esophagus, then you need a regular screening to check for cancer as reflux is a risk factor for cancer.

Endoscopy: I doubt you have esophageal cancer. Your symptoms are probably from hiatal hernia. Talk to your dr about switching to another proton pump inhibitor Prilosec or prevaci for example. If you have additional worrisome symptoms consider endoscopy.Also you may benefit from checking with your cardiologist re chest pain, just to cover all contingencies . Good luck.
