Depends: A general rule of thumb is that you burn roughly 100 calories for each mile you walk. Hills, your age, and your weight are also factors. If you power walk 4 mph, you'll burn roughly 400 calories in an hour. If you walk gently at 2 mph, you'll burn roughly 200 calories in an hour.
