Sleep: The number one thing you can do every day is get enough sleep. Try never to work 3rd shift. Sleep about 8 hours per night continually. Ask your partner, if you snore--or hesitate breathing while you sleep. If you have sleep problems; please see a sleep specialist. The second suggestion is daily exercise. Walking 30-40 min. A day is a good start.
