Multi-faceted: Rhythmic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, meditation, yoga, etc. Combined with stress-reducing daily living habits (sleep, exercise, nutrition, relationships) & eliminating unnecessary stressors if possible. Exercise improves physical & mental health better than anything else. Daily practice, positive attitude, & perseverance are important. Make it enjoyable!
