I've been extremely forgetful for two days now and have what feels like a chronic tension headache. i know i'm okay (had an mri a few months ago/been to doctors recently) but i'm just so stressed (college engineering student). any tips for relief?

Yoga and Tai Chi: Daily exercise and stretching will improve ur sleep. Avoid trigger foods. Consider flavonoids as preventive strategy. Good luck

Yes: Use relaxation techniques. Walk and enjoy the beautiful nature around you. Exercise this helps greatly with stress. Try to get away for weekends.

Suggestions: You have several yrs to reach your engineering goals and the curriculum is challenging. Find a cognitive behavioral therapist and learn some coping styles. Meditation can be valuable, so learn this too. Would avoid medications as these can cloud cognition. Good luck.
