Have an evaluation: Walking has lots of health benefits. Have a good evaluation of your feet to see if improving function with good shoes and support will allow you to walk without pain. There are other fitness option available that are less stressful on your feet than walking (swimming, cycling, rowing). Discuss with your doctor. Dr l.
