Is it bad for your feet to walk barefoot?

Barefoot: There are both benefits and drawbacks to barefoot walking. Benefits include strengthening the intrinsic musculature of the foot and drawbacks include cuts, bruises, foreign bodies, and callusing.

No: It is actually good for your feet to walk barefoot as long as you are not walking on glass or some abrasive surface. Walking barefoot is a more natural position for your feet without having to adapt to shoe wear.

No: I would not walk outside barefoot or if i was a diabetic. If you have vascular disease i would not go barefoot.If you do not have these problems enjoy yourself.
