My feet turn inwards when i walk and its sorta bad, usually when i meet someone they think there's something wrong is this okay? if not what can i do?

It's okay: You likely have turned in lower legs at birth. This can cause tripping and lack of balance . You can practice walking with your feet turned out. Stretching your legs outward can also help in a yoga position. If this is particularly painful then surgical correction is the last resort.
